  • A once-a-month indulgence — a dramatic delivery of Fleur de Vénus florals that mark special moments, surpise someone dear, or elevate your world with seasonal luxury.

  • Choose your frequency — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — and your bouquets or arrangements will be delivered automatically on your scheduled dates.

  • Yes. You can cancel anytime if you no longer wish to continue.

  • Absolutely. A floral membership is one of the most thoughtful, romantic, and elegant gifts — a recurring reminder of beauty and devotion.

  • Someone must be at shipping address each delivery to retrieve florals. If the suggested delivery times in the Floral Order Notes don’t work for you, please include your preferred time in the Additional Notes. If you know in advance you won’t be home, simply text us 647-497-1919 and we’ll arrange a delivery time that works.

  • Yes. Members enjoy 5-10% preferred pricing compared to one-time orders, plus priority access to select seasonal palettes.

  • If you’d like your bouquets or arrangements to vary in colour, simply note this in the Floral Order Notes under Additional Notes (e.g., “alternate white and pink each delivery” or “surprise me each month”). We’ll follow your preferences for every scheduled delivery.

  • If you’d like to change your delivery frequency, simply cancel your current plan before next expected billing date, and rejoin with your new preference.

  • It’s more than convenience — it’s consistency exclusivity, and a symbol of luxury. Members never have to order manually, enjoy preferred pricing and are first in line for select palettes.

  • We do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next billing date. Any payments already made will be fulfilled with your scheduled delivery before your membership ends.
