Care & Afterlife of Florals

How do I keep my florals fresh?

Each bouquet comes with an after-care card, and floral food. Put your bouquet into water as soon as possible to preserve it’s lifespan. Trim stems and change the water daily. Keep florals away from sunlight, heating vents, or ripening fruit. A light misting of petals can help them stay vibrant longer.

What can I do after my florals die?

Roses don’t last forever — and that’s their beauty. Once they’ve faded, you can:

  • Dry them to preserve their silhouette

  • Scatter Petals in a warm bath, or press them into keepsakes.

  • Compost them and return their beauty to the earth.

How do I put my large (100 stem or more) bouquet in a vase?

If you have an oversized vase, place the bouquet directly into fresh water. If not, the wrapping already holds water — just refill it from the top to keep them hydrated. You can also split the bouquet into two vessels. Think of it less as fitting them in, and more as reshaping into new arrangements for your space.

Delivery & Logistics

What will my order be delivered in?

All bouquets and arrangements are delivered in a branded black or white luxury gift bag and hand-given directly to the recipient.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

At this time, we do not offer same-day or next-day delivery or pickup. Orders require a minimum of 4 day’s notice.

What areas do you delivery to?

We currently offer Local Delivery across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) only. At this time, we are not delivering to surrounding cities. For large scale events or custom installations outside the GTA, please submit a request through our Custom Orders page for consideration.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Please place your order at least 4 days in advance to ensure we can secure your desired blooms.

What days and times are delivery and pickup available?

  • Delivery: Saturday - Wednesday, 10:00pm - 3:00pm

  • Pickup: Saturday - Wednesday 4:00pm - 7:00pm

We are closed to deliveries and pickups on Thursdays and Fridays.

Do you offer Pick-Up or Walk-In’s?

We do not offer walk-in’s. Pickup is available by booking only during the pickup window above.

Customization

Is there an option for a custom card for a recipient?

Yes. When booking your florals, you’ll be guided to complete our Fresh Floral Order Form before checkout. Simply type you custom message in the “Enclosure Card” field — it will then be printed and placed in your bouquet or arrangement.

What is my order wrapped in?

All orders are wrapped in premium floral paper in colours aligned with the chosen bouquet or arrangement. Bouquet’s are tied with coordinating ribbons, creating cohesive and refined presentation.

Can I mixed bloom colours?

Yes. Please select your primary bloom colour in the colour options, then note your requested mix in the Additional Notes section. A maximum of two bloom colours may be combined per bouquet.

Orders & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Visa debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal

What happens if the exact rose colour I want isn’t available?

We almost always have your desired colour in stock. If you’d like a specialty bloom or colour not listed (for example, blue roses), please contact us directly via our Get in Touch page, or simply text us (647) 497-1919.

Do you offer other blooms besides roses?

Our signature is Roses, but if you’re looking for other blooms, please reach out via our Inquire page. We’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request.

Membership

How does the Rose Membership work?

Choose your frequency — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — and your bouquet or arrangement will be delivered automatically on your scheduled dates.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. You can cancel anytime if you no longer wish to continue.

Can I gift a membership?

Absolutely. Just be sure that recipient and delivery information is correct in ‘Floral Order Notes’ and 'the checkout page.

What if I’m not home during delivery?

Someone must be at shipping address each delivery to retrieve florals. We delivery Saturday - Wednesday from 10:00am to 3:00pm. If you know in advance someone won’t be home, simply text us at 647-497-1919 and we’ll arrange a delivery time that works.

Can I Pickup my florals instead?

Yes. Selecting pickup at checkout applies for the duration of your membership. If pickup is selected as your shipping method, delivery will not be available during your active term. If your membership is set to delivery and you would prefer to pick up on a particular week or month, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate accordingly.

Do I save money with the membership?

Yes. Members enjoy 8-13% preferred pricing compared to one-time orders, plus priority access to select seasonal palettes.

What if I’d like a different bloom colour each time?

If you’d like your bouquet or arrangement to vary in colour, simply note this in your Floral Order notes under Additional Notes (e.g. “alternate between white and pink each delivery” or “surprise me each month”). We’ll follow your preferences for every scheduled delivery.

Can I change my delivery frequency?

If you’d like to change your delivery frequency, simply cancel your current plan before next expected billing date, and rejoin with your new preference.

What makes the membership different from one-time orders??

It’s more than convenience — it’s consistency, exclusivity, and a symbol of prestige. Members never have to order manually, enjoy preferred pricing and are first for select palettes.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next billing cycle. Any payments already made will be fulfilled with your scheduled delivery before your membership ends.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh florals, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photo documentation. After review, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. Each bouquet is made to order and includes floral care instructions. Natural aging and improper care are not eligible for refund.
