Agreement

By purchasing a recurring floral service from Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms & Conditions.

Service Terms

Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. offers the following recurring service options:

• 1 Month Trial (4 weeks)

• 3 Month Service (12 weeks)

• 6 Month Service (24 weeks)

Your service begins on the confirmed Service Start Date selected during your form fill out.

Service terms are fixed and cannot be shortened once the service has commenced.

Renewals are not automatic. Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. will contact you approximately two weeks before the completion of your service should you wish to continue, to which only 3 or 6 Month Service would be available options

What’s Included

Each weekly service includes:

• One professionally designed floral arrangement per purchased quantity.

• Professional delivery.

• Professional installation.

• One complimentary mid-week floral care visit.

Mid-week floral care includes:

• Water top-up.

• Removal of damaged blooms.

• Replacement of blooms where necessary.

• General refreshing of the arrangement.

Clients are encouraged to add fresh water daily between service visits to maximize flower longevity.

Service Schedule

Service days are available Saturday through Wednesday.

No deliveries or scheduled maintenance visits are available on Thursdays or Fridays.

Each client will be assigned a recurring weekly service day.

Mid-week floral care will occur approximately three days after the scheduled delivery date.

Service times are scheduled within an agreed service window and cannot be guaranteed to occur at an exact hour.

Delivery & Property Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. has safe and uninterrupted access to the premises during scheduled service visits.

If Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. cannot access the premises due to locked doors, unavailable staff, building restrictions, or any other client-related circumstance:

• The scheduled visit will be considered missed.

• An additional service fee may apply for a return visit.

• Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. is not responsible for the condition of arrangements that could not be serviced due to restricted access.

Floral Designs

Every arrangement is individually handcrafted.

Fresh flowers are natural products and availability changes throughout the year.

While Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. will make every effort to recreate Signature Designs as shown, flower varieties may be substituted with the closest premium alternative while maintaining the intended:

• Colour palette

• Style

• Shape

• Overall design aesthetic

These substitutions do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Vessel Ownership

All vessels remain the exclusive property of Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd.

Vessels are supplied solely for the duration of the floral service and are exchanged during scheduled weekly visits.

Clients may not remove, discard, relocate permanently, sell, or retain any vessel supplied by Fleur de Venus.

Lost, stolen, broken, discarded, or damaged vessels will be charged at their replacement value.

Placement

Clients are responsible for confirming the desired placement location before service begins.

Once an arrangement has been installed, Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. is not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Client relocation

• Employee handling

• Customer interaction

• Environmental conditions

• Improper care

Should placement requirements change, Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. must be notified before the next scheduled service visit.

Colour Palette Changes

Signature Designs may be customized with an alternative rose colour where available.

Requests must be submitted at least one week before the scheduled service date.

Requests received after this deadline may be applied during the following week’s service.

Custom Floral Designs

Custom arrangements are designed using the inspiration images, preferences, and information provided by the client.

Reference images are used as inspiration only.

Every arrangement remains an original Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. design and may vary due to flower availability, seasonality, vessel availability, and the natural characteristics of fresh flowers.

Payments

Full payment is required at checkout to reserve your recurring floral service.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of fresh floral products, reserved scheduling, and production planning:

• All sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued once service has commenced.

• Partial refunds or credits will not be issued for unused weeks.

• Missed visits resulting from client inaccessibility are non-refundable

Business Closures

If your business will be closed due to holidays, renovations, or temporary closure, Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. must receive written notice at least seven days before the affected service.

Accommodation of schedule changes cannot be guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information.

• Provide accurate business information.

• Ensure safe access during scheduled visits.

• Maintain daily water levels.

• Keep vessels secure.

• Notify Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. of requested colour changes at least one week in advance.

• Notify Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. of any business closures affecting scheduled service.

Property Damage & Liability

Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. exercises the highest level of care while delivering, installing, maintaining, and removing floral arrangements.

Clients are responsible for ensuring designated placement areas are stable, level, and suitable for floral arrangements.

Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. is not liable for damage resulting from:

• Unstable furniture or surfaces.

• Existing property defects.

• Environmental conditions.

• Mishandling by staff, customers, contractors, or third parties.

• Improper movement of arrangements after installation.

Force Majeure

Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather

• Transportation disruptions

• Supplier shortages

• Government restrictions

• Labour disputes

• Natural disasters

• Public emergencies

Where possible, Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected service.

Service Area

Commercial floral services are available within Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. designated service area.

Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard delivery radius.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Fleur de Vénus Floral Studio Ltd. and the client regarding the recurring floral service and supersede any prior discussions or representations unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Acceptance

By selecting “I Agree” and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
